Lightning Bolt Strikes Twice

USAIN BOLT rewrote the sprint record books as he stormed to 200 metres gold last night.
The Lightning Bolt clocked 19.32sec at the Olympic Stadium as he became the first runner to successfully defend the Olympic sprint double.
Bolt said: 'This is what I wanted and I got it. I'm very proud of myself.'
Yohan Blake was second and Warren Weir third as Jamaica completed a 1-2-3.
The world's fastest man, Bolt, had talked of running sub-19 seconds in the build-up to tonight's race. But he also knew in Blake he had serious rival to his 200m crown.
And the world record holder showed his concern throughout the race by repeatedly checking Blake's progess inside him.
But once Bolt was happy he had the race, he eased down in the final few metres before embarking on a lap of honour that raised the roof in Stratford.
Meanwhile, David Rudisha became the first athlete to set a new world record on the track at London 2012 as he won 800m gold at the Olympic Stadium.
The 23-year-old Kenyan stormed his debut Olympic final to become the first man inside one minute 41 seconds, clocking 1:40.91.
Botswana's Nijel Amos took silver, with fellow teenager Timothy Kitum in third.
