Ghana goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey returned to training with the Black Stars on Wednesday after recovering from illness.
His return is a massive boost for the Black Stars ahead of Saturday's World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola.
The shot-stopper was excused from the Black Stars training on Tuesday following a bout of flu.
The glovesman is delighted to return to training with his colleagues insisting he will be ready for Saturday's match if he is selected.
“I am feeling much much better even though it was not anything too serious. The doctor wanted me to rest,” Kwarasey told www.ghanafa.org http://www.ghanafa.org/ .
“I am ready to play in Saturday's game and the spirit in camp is very good.”
Meanwhile, the communications outfit of the Ghana Football Association has revealed that the Black Stars have no injury worries going into Saturday's 2014 World Cup qualifier against Zambia in Ndola.
Ghana team doctor Dr. Adam Baba says all the players are fit and available for selection for the match to be played at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.
“Thankfully we have no injury concerns and all the players are fully fit for the match in Zambia,” Dr. Baba told www.ghanafa.org http://www.ghanafa.org/ .
“The players worked strongly in training but are aware that they must stay on their feet for this important game.
“I am happy that despite the hard work they are all fit and sound for the game so we have no injury worries.”
The Black Stars will face the Chipolopolo in Ndola and their training camp has put them in the right shape for the game.
