The successful candidate for the post of Senegal coach should not expect more than €38,000 as monthly salary, according to the sports ministry.
Senegal sports minister Abdoulaye Makhtar Diop declared on Friday that he would not pay the national team's eventual coach more than €38,000 per month, at a time when the football federation is screening 54 applications for the job.
Diop also said salaries would be reduced during the period when the coach and the team are not involved in intense competition.
