Ghana midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng is scheduled to appear in a Berlin court on Wednesday over charges relating to damages caused to 12 cars and a motor scooter.
According to a Reuters report, Boateng is accused of vandalising the vehicles with his former Hertha Berlin team mate Patrick Ebert in March 2009.
The 23-year-old has been ordered by the court to appear although Boateng is yet to confirm whether or not he will make the trip.
Ebert paid a 56,000 Euro fine to put an end to the issue several weeks ago when signing a contract extension with Hertha Berlin.
