Ghana international Sulley Muntari is happy to go through to the next stage of the Champions League, especially after losing on Saturday night to rivals Juventus.
Inter midfielder Sulley Muntari has revealed that the team was able to forget about Saturday night's 2-1 loss to Juventus quickly, and focus on the task at hand in the Champions League.
The Nerazzurri defeated Russian side Rubin Kazan 2-0 thanks to goals from Samuel Eto'o and Mario Balotelli.
"We played well, have progressed through the group stage and that was the important thing," Muntari said.
"Juventus were forgotten after Saturday, and we had Rubin on our minds.
"Any preference on who Inter play next? No, I don't have any.
"If you want to win the Champions League, you cannot choose, whoever you get, you must play," the 25-year-old concluded.
Inter take on Atalanta this weekend in the league, looking to avenge last week's loss to the Bianconeri.
