Hearts of Oak have asked for an improved bid from Tanzanian side Young Africans for their second choice goalkeeper Laud Quartey.

 
Hearts want US$ 50,000 but the East African side are ready to part away with US$ 20,000.

  Former Hearts of Oak Kosta Papic believes the shot-stopper can help him forge a formidable side in Tanzanian League.
