Samuel Inkoom is the only member of the World Under-20 winning team that makes the Black Stars starting line up for the game against Mali.
Ghana plays the Malians at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi late Sunday afternoon in the final qualifying of the 2010 Nations Cup and World Cup.
Four other members of the U-20 winning team make the Ghana bench.
Rajevac has opted to start the Inkoom on the left side of defence while John Paintsil retains his place on the right with Eric Addo and Jonathan Quartey in central defence.
Anthony Annan and Sulley Muntari who both missed the previous game return to the team in a midfield role alongside Michael Essien and captain Stephen Appiah.
Matthew Amoah and Asamoah Gyan will lead the line for Ghana, who have already secured their places at the CAF African Cup of Nations and World Cup finals.
Rajevac's team were 2-0 winners in the reverse fixture in Bamako back in June and the Serbian is determined to complete the double as Ghana rounds up a tough but thrilling experience of qualifying for the 19th edition of the FIFA World Cup.
