Daniel Addo's debut Black Stars appearance will delay due to a Fifa ban making him ineligible for selection for Sunday's final World Cup qualifier against Mali at the Baba Yara Stadium.
The 19-year-old was red-carded during the final of last month's Fifa Under-20 World Cup where Ghana beat Brazil 4-3 on penalties to emerge winners and will have to serve a one-match international ban.
Fifa confirmed his suspension to the Ghana Football Association on Thursday but the King Faisal center-back is available for selection in Wednesday's friendly against Angola in Luanda.
According the FIFA regulations, any suspension in its organised competition is carried on to other competitions by its outfit.
Addo is one seven Black Satellites players invited by head coach Milovan Rajevac for the double header this month.
