Made in Ghana energy drink product, Rush Energy on Saturday took the centre stage of advertising slot at two key English Premiership matches.
During the matches between Stoke City vs Manchester City and Leicester City vs Arsenal, the adverts of the product were boldly displayed on the perimeter walls around the fields.
The adverts simply read, "Rush Energy. Proudly Made in Ghana" a venter the producers of the energy drink believe apart from helping market their product, will go a long way to advance the cause of 'Made in Ghana' products globally.
Rush Energy drink is produced by Twellium Industrial Company Limited, based in Ghana. Since it began its operations in Ghana on February 28, 2014, Twellium has come to be known as a proudly Ghanaian company with a multinational management team.
Mr Ali Ajami, Marketing Director of Twellium, noted in a statement that since its inception, the company has not been just interested in claiming to further the 'Made in Ghana' agenda, but is always seeking practical ways to contribute to the agenda.
“Promoting this agenda is a big part of our marketing activities till date. There is much more to come,” he added.
He believes that if enough Ghanaian companies did their bit, the 'Made in Ghana' agenda could be boosted considerably.
