Tema, July 28, GNA - President John Dramani would on Thursday spend a day in the Tema Port inspecting the progress of on-going projects and also inaugurate the completed ones.
Apart from addressing the fisherfolk at the fishing harbour, President Mahama would also inaugurate a reconstructed net mending wharf, inspect expansion works at the port and address the staff and port users.
He would also inaugurate new marine crafts, unveil a plaque at the new bulk cargo handling jetty and cut a tape to commission four new mobile harbour cranes.
He would later in the day unveil a plaque at the new revenue centre, address workers and customers of the port, unveil a plaque and inspect a new reefer terminal before returning to Accra.
He would be accompanied by Ministers of state, Heads of various organisations at the Port and other business partners in the expansion programme.
