Victory! Victory! Hope For America  America Returns To God

Praise ye the Lord, AMERICA RETURNS TO GOD, Hallelujah!

The Donald Trump running victories in the Republican Party election primaries has exposed the fallen standards in America’s spiritual and moral values due to the rise in trust and hope in silver and gold. Success with money, riches, treasure and wealth has overrun truth, righteousness and honesty, fairness, politeness and dignified conduct in the knowledge, fear and counsel of God in enterprise, conduct and life.

Money seems to give right to people to say and do anything, inflict pain in selfish ambition and the pursuit of riches, power, position and vain glory without any qualms. People run away with such conduct and pattern of life in America’s pluralistic relative morality world. In the pluralism, relative morality and competitive world, there appears to be no room for truth, righteousness, fairness and good neighbourliness in conduct and life. What seem to matter only is gain and gold. Money is god and power.

One can buy knowledge and command science, technology and loyalty where everybody and all love, seek, cry out for and worship money and power. Indeed, the sanctity of life can even be thrown in the bargain so to achieve goals.

In this connection, the support for Donald Trump’s nationalist campaign against capitalism dictated and dominated free trade and globalization coupled with his rejection of peaceful neighbourly co-existence not only run counter to God’s will in Christ’s mission for Peace on earth and Goodwill towards men. It may well generate and deepen competitive closed alliances and co-operation among nations such as one between and among Russia, China and North Korea in world affairs. MAY GOD HELP THE WORLD!!

Such a development will throw America and Western Europe in further thrust in the quest for military power and rising corresponding investment in weapons of war and war – That will be but threat to world peace, human co-operation and peaceful co-existence.

Both small and big nations of northern and southern hemispheres will be caught up in the throes of violence, war and escalated terrorism. The times of war and rumours of wars indeed!

With such happenings, America will fall even more deeply into TRUST and HOPE in Money (Economic Power) and Weapons of War (Military Power) as basis for the prosecution of security, prosperity and the good and glory of nation and people instead of TRUST and HOPE in God Almighty the Creator. That is to say, America will totally reject God, His goodness and mercy, protection and the fullness of Divine providence hitherto covenanted with Jehovah God. The Divine covenant otherwise poignantly expressed in the nation’s motto “IN GOD WE TRUST” has become an empty chant, a relic of the past.

Now, it is the rejection of God and the knowledge of Him and with it the need for rejection of acknowledgement, confession and worship of God for national sustenance, stability and security, dignity and glory that has made America fall into the state of rootless swinging with pluralism and relative morality. The rise of the love and worship, trust and hope in money for all issues of life is the consequence.

The truth is that rootless swinging pluralism and relative morality cannot and do not provide spirit and energy, strength, comfort and hope to sustain the human soul-spirit, any more can money and guns do. Without God and without hope, modern pluralism and relative morality America is swinging to and fro dissatisfied, uncertain and angry with herself. Political parties and politicians cannot be free and exempt from inner emptiness, fear and insecurity. Is there hope anywhere but in Jehovah God, the Creator! Political correctness is a loose canon and in any case counter-productive and self-defeating!

Thanks be to God, we see in the same Republican Party primaries a ray of light being thrown into the tunnel for America. There is rising a ray of light of shifting and swinging toward – RETURN TO JEHOVAH GOD, yes IN GOD WE TRUST for America. With confused and uncertain swinging impulses now raging within the party, the Republican Party will need to do a serious heart-searching due to the stampede of a strange outsider to the party. The threat with Donald Trump is not simply one of votes and pledged numbers. It is the shaking of the spiritual, philosophical and moral foundation and pillars of the Party. The nation and the world are watching! What went wrong!

We are persuaded that what has gone wrong is not so much in the populist rebellion outcry and misgivings against Republican Party Establishment business as usual as the rejection of the spiritual and moral base of Trust and Hope in God, Truth and Righteousness, Fear and Honour of God embedded in conservative convictions and the spirit of the nation as a whole. To be sure, the worship, honour and knowledge of God is key and fundamental prime pump of glory for America as nation and people. Would it be true to aver that the Republican Party including the Christian/evangelical wing of the party has sunken deep with the love of money and the worship of military power. Indeed the Republican Party alongside the Democratic Party, the Church, People and Nation as a whole have been hooked into trust and hope in economic and military power for security, prosperity and glory for America. “In God We Trust” is only a relic slogan. The foundations having been so shaken, righteousness is foreign to millions.

In this regard, the church in America as a whole has failed to serve as salt and light of society. The Church and Christian leadership is no more equipped to be the mantle bearer of Trust and Hope in God in the land. Again the Church seems to have abandoned the charge of Light, Peace, and Righteousness and the Law and Way of God for the nation and the world. (Is. 2:5). The church in America has bought and fallen into the ungodly standard of trust and hope in money, the worship of the golden calf and military power. No wonder there is loss of spiritual consistency, and confusion in the Republican Party. This calls for cry out and return to God!!

On the other hand, we see in Hilary Clinton campaign, a ray of light in the tunnel for America. President Bill Clinton, the stone rejected by the Republican Party is on the way to become the head of the corner for America’s return to God and national glory.

We are of the conviction in this regard that the Republican Party is paying for the evil and wicked plans that led to the failed impeachment of Former President Bill Clinton. The George W. Bush Iraq war campaign also complicated things further for the Republican Party and nation.

We know from the Most High God Himself that both the attempted impeachment of Former President Bill Clinton and the Iraq War had caused much a displeasure to the Most High God. Many a Republican Party politician fell from grace due to the persecution of President Clinton. That the Republican Party has paid and is paying dearly for all these!

We can say with all certainty in this direction that it is President Bill Clinton’s call upon, trust and hope in God during the crisis that saved him from the sword of impeachment and the nation from much more pain. For this reason, we are hopeful that the Clintons will remember the God of Salvation, Redemption and Restoration in whom they trusted and call upon Him one more time. Not only that, may the Republican Party, the Democratic Party, the Church and People of America remember the Divine spiritual power base of the nation, repent, revive and strengthen their bid in the covenant of IN GOD WE TRUST. The rejected Clintons will go back to raise high the Light of God in the White House.

Glory to God, there is victory and hope for America. Repentance in the Church, the Political Parties and Nation aided by fresh consecration of the Legislature, Judiciary, the Executive and the White House unto Jehovah God will pave way for TOTAL RETURN TO GOD. It will activate in no mean measure the Covenant IN GOD WE TRUST and greater glory for America.
