The Impact Crew: "A Competitive Advantage"

The Good Book according to Proverbs 12:26 reads; The righteous choose their friends carefully, but the way of the wicked leads them astray. According to Roy H. Williams, a smart man makes a mistake, learns from it, and never makes that mistake again. But a wise man finds a smart man and learns from him how to avoid the mistake altogether.

Most people are 'POOR' as a result of the company they keep. With a little 'SMART ' in thinking you will be rich by keeping the company of rich men. If you are a little 'SMART' in thinking, by keeping the company of people with 'Intellectual Pleasure', you will surely be a force to reckon with in some time to come. To prove it, let us go back to the Hellenisation (Greek Civilization) era where there were more Philosophical Schools of thought. Namely, Stoicism, Platonists, Epicureans and many others. Pointing out Platonism propounded by Plato, all those who worked with him became philosophers like him( Example, Aristotle) and he is being recognized as the worlds finest philosopher.

That is why to be 'POOR or RICH' to me lies in our choices in terms of our friendships. Let us take it back, in the Ghanaian rich folks history, there lived a man affectionately called 'Naira Power'. Now, immediately this man employs you, the norm goes like, 'If you work with me for a year without buying your own car, I will sack you from my company'. He gave this opportunity to his long vehicle drivers or employees as a result of the enormous benefits that comes into their coffers.

This tells you how making 'SMART' moves with the right people shape ones life.

You can make your life better by making 'SMART' moves in all your endeavors especially the type of 'Company or Friends' you keep. Take pen and paper and start making the additions and subtractions from your numerous 'FRIENDS' who are not adding any value to your life. Start the elimination tactics before it becomes too late. With this Michael Bassey Johnson posited that, 'Stay away from lazy parasites, who perch on you just to satisfy their needs, they do not come to alleviate your burdens, hence, their mission is to distract, detract and extract, and make you live in abject poverty'.

Do not sit down and allow things to go wayward before blaming the society. The betterment of your life starts now by choosing who to walk, work and share with. Life is not that easy, however, it can be more simpler by choosing wisely, especially in 'FRIENDSHIP' related issues.

Being a youth does not mean all your 'FRIENDS' must be your age mate. Know how to bring the aged in your 'CAMP' as well because they have run from 'Frying pan to Fire' in one way or the other. Aside that, they are well experienced because of their long exposure in the environment. They have a lot to share with you that will go a long way to shape your future. To make this world a better place to live and enjoy life, ask, seek and knock the gates of the 'Impact Crews' and I believe your life will never be the same.
