Kumasi, March 10, GNA - The South-Central Ghana Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Church has ordained four new pastors into the priesthood with a call to Christians to have abiding faith and remain confident about the future.

Pastor P. O. Mensah, Chaplain of the Valley View University, said they should refuse to be worn down by life challenges - trusting in God's infinite mercies in their difficult moments.

He also spoke of the need for them to become a positive influence on the society by avoiding anything immoral, indecent and poisonous to the health of the society.

The expectation was that they would uphold the values of integrity, tolerance, modesty and humility.

The new ministers included Pastor Kofi Kwarteng, Pastor Nathaniel Frimpong-Manso, Pastor Attah Kwarteng Amaniampong and Pastor Samuel Kwakye Kesse.

Their ordination was held at a special service at the Amakom SDA Church in Kumasi.
