DAILY GUIDE has gathered that 27-year-old Azure Dok, a caretaker of a public toilet located at Changli, a suburb of Tamale, has been attacked by a group of internet fraud boys popularly known as 'Sakawa' boys.
According to Azure Dok, a member of the group came to use the toilet facility without paying the fee and he confronted him, which resulted in a fight.
He said he confronted him because members of the group were fond of using the facility without paying.
Unfortunately for the caretaker, members of the group attacked him with dangerous weapons while he was bathing and ended up cutting his manhood, which caused him to bleed severely.
Currently, the traumatized victim fears he might become impotent because of the incident.
Sources at the Northern Regional Police Station disclosed that after the case was reported, the police gave the victim a medical form to go the hospital.
According to them, the case might be ignored because one of the boys, who attacked the victim, is the son of a bigwig of the ruling party National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the region.
