Shia Luxury Townhouses and Apartments Open

New luxurious townhouses and apartments have been opened in Tema to provide accommodation to people in the area and beyond.

The residences, known as Shia Luxury townhouses and apartments which are situated at Tema, Community 5, have a mixture of three bedroom apartments, two bedroom apartments and four townhouses with beautifully designed and fitted rooms.

The project, which was developed by Mr. & Mrs. Kwakwa, owners of Sylvia's Catering Services, is the first of its kind in Tema.

Facilities in the residences include swimming pool, management office, on-site generator and CCTV.

The residences are manned 24/7 by security personnel.

During the grand opening ceremony, the developers expressed happiness with the completion of the residences which would serve the people well.

'We are happy that the building is now ready to accommodate people. I believe the occupants of the residences will be very much happy and will feel at home. Security is much assured 24/7,' Mrs. Kwakwa added.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ana Fernandes Arkutu, Managing Director of Luxury Hub Ghana, Property Consultants for the development, said they were pleased to have listed the Shia townhouses and apartments since the demand for such accommodation has risen in Tema.

She revealed that 80 percent of the residences have already been rented, stating 'we were not surprised when 80 percent of the residences were rented prior to completion. This is because people love such accommodations.'
