Accra, Sept. 1, GNA - BIMA Ghana, a micro insurance company as part of its five years anniversary celebrations has organised a fitness exercise for its staff to release stress.
The activity is to relax the personnel after the hard day's work and also show appreciation for their effort in selling the company's insurance policies all these years.
Mr Russell Haresign, Country Manager said BIMA is a Swedish owned company, which operates in 14 countries in the world.
He said the company is collaborating with Tigo and Prudential Bank to give its customers the insurance policies they require to make life worth living.
He said the company has 1.5 million customers registered onto the Tigo insurance policy and the hospitability policy to make life easy for Ghanaians.
Mr Haresign noted that because their customers are traders, these monies could be used in settling hospital bills in times of need and to help them in their funeral arrangements.
He added that insurance is all about protecting one's self against difficult instances and as such called on Ghanaians to access their insurance product to enable them take care of unforeseen happening if it occurs.
'Customers need to understand to make the right efforts and choices in buying insurance policy.'
