The third annual Groupe Nduom Managers Meeting in Washington, DC ended on the 17th July, 2015. Groupe Nduom (GN,) a conglomerate of African and American companies, started organizing these meetings in 2013 and the purpose is to offer its top managers the opportunity meet and share ideas and agree on how to push the group’s strategy for the year.

This year’s meeting was also to prepare for the mid-year review of the multi-national company in July 2015 and set goals for 2016. Some management members joined the meeting sessions via Hangout in Accra and Elmina.

The meeting put together its financial companies, dubbed the Financial Ship; together for a single presentation to see how they could leverage the advantages they share together for success. The same was done for the media group, spread over the entire country and London and the Industrial Estate in Elmina. The Industrial Estate is where FreshPak cutlery and takeaway packs are produced.

The meeting was organised by the International Business Solutions (IBS LLC), a Groupe Nduom company based in the USA.

The Senior Vice President of the Groupe, Mrs. Yvonne Nduom, shared some motivational and thought-provoking quotes with managers to energize their work and general life.

Closing the conference, President and Chairman of the Groupe, Dr Papa Kwesi Nduom, asked all managers to make sure they bring returns on the investments made in them this year without fail. He also asked them to prepare themselves very well for the mid-year review session to be held from July 15th to 19th, 2015.

Mr. Patrick Anumel, CEO of GN Bank, thanked the board of GN for the invitation to have the meeting in Washington, DC. He also thanked some of the Management members who made the intensive sessions lighter by sharing jokes where appropriate.

GN operates from Ghana, Liberia, Cote d’Ivoire, Togo and the USA and has business relationships in many countries in Africa, Europe, Asia and North America.

Its brands have been in existence for over twenty-five (25) years.

GN also operates the Nduom University, community libraries, the Monica Yorke School, the Elmina Sharks FC, Nduom Foundation and supports many social programmes.
