Kumasi, May 30, GNA - The Mampong District court presided over by Mr Godwin Kpoglie, has remanded Kwaku Buabeng, 21, unemployed in prison custody for allegedly defiling a 10- year- old girl.
His plea was not taken and the court has adjourned the case to June 1, for hearing.
Chief Inspector Nana Boamah, the prosecutor, told the court that the docket on the case has been forwarded to the office of the Attorney General for advice.
