Flexibility Management Ghana Limited rolls out consultancy services

Mr Daniel Ankrah, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Flexibility Management Ghana Limited, with global experience in the corporate world, is introducing a Flexibility Management Consultancy service, to Ghana by presenting business solutions, using the agile methodology.

The methodology looks at a business case presented by an organisation and through collaboration with business sponsor, stakeholders, technical bureaucrats and direct users, is able to deliver a solution that best fit the business, giving expected values over a shorter period of time.

The agile methodology is a set of values, principles and practices that have been shown to improve the efficiency, productivity, and quality of project delivery of many kinds.

It could be used at the governance level for portfolio management and at the project level for delivery. According to Mr Ankrah three different workshops have been planned spanning May 5- May 7 for the public.

On the first day, the workshop would focus on an overview of agile methodology, its lifecycle, philosophy among other topics with the target audience including executives and managers who want to grasp the concept.

The second day course would cover 'the introduction of MoSCoW prioritisation, story estimation and elaboration and others and hopes to make participants hands-on persons to work on agile projects'.

The targeted audience are project members and people who want a shift in mindset to explore new ways of managing projects that give faster turnaround benefits for business.

On May 7, the course would be organised for project managers that want to shift from the traditional approach and make an impact in the work places and projects.

The CEO said Flexibility Management Ghana Ltd deals with 'technical bureaucrats, direct users and deliver a solution that best fit the business, giving expected business values over a shorter period of time'.

He said the up and coming courses show how agile methodology improves efficiency, productivity, and quality in delivering projects of many kinds based on a set of values, principles and practices.

Mr Ankrah has more than 28 years IT industry experience, He is a Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology alumnus graduating in Computing Science and a postgraduate alumnus of University of Technology Sydney, Australia, in Computing Science and also Project Management.

He is a certified Agile Project Management Practitioner. He has worked on many large and complex software development projects in many different roles in Australia.
