Talented Kidz Season VI Launched

TV3 Network Child Realty Show, Talented Kidz, last Sunday launched the show's Season VI in Accra. Nicholina Annor Agyei, Head of Corporate Communication and Legal Consult of TV3 Network, said Talented Kidz will be aired at 4:30pm each Sunday over 13 weeks.

She said that more than 500 children between the ages of 12 and 15 took part in the auditioning in Accra and Kumasi and was happy that 27 groups of contestants will take the floor each Sunday in various performances to justify their inclusion in the finals.

Miss Annor Agyei added that the contestants were selected from six specialised categories—Singing, Acting, Dancing, Instrumentals and Rapping.

The Head of Corporate Communications was happy that TV3 Network has set itself to create, develop and produce entertaining local content that nurtures and showcases unique talents in the country and the sub region.

Miss Annor Agyei expressed satisfaction that young stars such as Twinnies, Malaika, Maame Esi and Tutulapato, among others, were being born each time.

Van Vicker in an interview with NEWS-ONE was happy that TV3 has taken it upon itself to give children the platform to unearth their talents but was quick to urge the children to ensure that they balance such talents in a manner that keeps them in tune with their studies as well as other responsibilities.

He also urged the children to have good knowledge of what they want to do, love it and do it with all interest.
