The Lordina Foundation has donated food items to the Akropong School for the Blind, in the Eastern Region, to support the upkeep of the students.

The items included 30 bags of rice, five boxes of oil and five bags of sugar. The donation was informed by the First Lady visit to the school to grace its first Speech and Prize Giving Day of the last year.

The Head of the School, Madam, Mahela Narh who received the items on behalf of the school expressed profound gratitude to Mrs. Mahama for the gesture, stressing that the donation will help in the academic work of the students.
