On October 27, 2014 begins the new radio for Lusophone Africa DW. From this date, the German international broadcaster will broadcast twice a day, Monday through Friday, emissions of 20 minutes each that address international events, relevant developments in Africa and important issues in Germany. Particular attention will be given to the core values ​​of foreign policy and German cooperation: democracy, rule of law and human rights, among others.
