It has come to our notice that there have been false rumors circulating about our company Samamiah Shipping Enterprise. These misleading information/reports in the public domain is in regards to people speculating about (i) Failure to deliver items taken from customers, (ii) change of company's name.

I wish to state clearly as the PRO of Samamiah Shipping Enterprise that both of these statements are inaccurate. This inaccuracy have had grave consequences for our company and causing mayhem, stress and panic amongst our loyal customers as well as receiving unpleasant phone calls from dissatisfied people as a result of the false information being circulated.

Since the establishment of our company, Samamiah Shipping Enterprise, I would like to lay emphasis on the fact that we have never changed our name, location, address nor telephone numbers. It has remained the same throughout the years of trading and shipping till date.

We do understand that while we may bear similar name with other companies or organizations, we will urge our existing and new clients to pay particular attention to their receipts, invoices, complimentary cards which bears our full name, address (location), telephone numbers issued by authorised persons from Samamiah Shipping Enterprise when collection/pickup is being made. I have included below our full details for verification and for the clientele to familiarize themselves to avoid such occurrences now and in the future.
