The Ghanaian Connection

The Ghanaian Connection
09.04.2014 LISTEN

Nana Kwaku Bonsam is a fetish priest from Ghana. He is very powerful and popular that high ranking people, from all walks of life, driving top of the range vehicles, visit him for assistance. He is too powerful that no one has ever dared to take him on, despite his numerous offers for a spiritual showdown.

All the prophets and pastors of Ghana seemingly chicken out whenever his name is mentioned. The few who mustered little courage withdrew from the contest at the last minute. His god is known as Kofi kofi and he has a shrine at Sei- Peiman in the Eastern region of Ghana.

Those who visit his shrine have to take off their shoes; leave out phones, wrist watches and bracelets. His miracles include, healing the sick, defusing witchcraft bombs, making miracle money, and many more. He astounded people when he planted mango and cocoa seeds which germinated the same day.

He was able to kill a housefly, resurrect it and it flew again in the sight of all. Many people flock to him, but he has made a chilling claim that even pastors and prophets visit him, to get powers to perform miracles and draw big crowds for big churches. He alleges that he gives them powers to see into peoples both past and future, make miracle money, heal the sick and perform all sorts of miracles.

To the dismay of many, none of that country's miracle working clergymen has disputed those claims. He also claims that he has produced over 1700 prophets and pastors across Ghana and Africa. Pastors who seek his assistance undergo a ritual bath. They are finally given a ring and a Bible (he has many Bibles stacked up in his shrine). Ever wondered why some have strange looking rings on their fingers? One bright Sunday he even stormed a Pentecostal church to claim back his idol (god) after the pastor had failed to honour his pledge to be sacrificing to his god, Kofi Kofi.

I am confused because I smell a rotten rat somewhere. Our prophets are all linked somewhere. One of our prophets claims that his spiritual father is a renowned Zimbabwe go deeper man. That renowned Zimbabwe prophet openly declares that his spiritual father is a Ghanaian prophet, and that Ghanaian prophet does not mention his spiritual father. So the chain starts from Ghana, passes through Zimbabwe and all the way to us in the land of the lake. I have deliberately avoided naming people but you are free to Google it out for yourself.

I am alarmed because the miracles this fetish priest performs, and those he claims to have given to these prophets, are similar. He makes miracle money, and so do our men of God both here and in Zimbabwe. He performs healings and so do our men of God (is it god?). This Ghanaian priest knows peoples' past as well as their future and can accurately predict future events.

Our men of God are also majoring in the same. He can reveal peoples hidden identities and phone numbers and so do our men of collar. My question is why do our prophets not dispute the priest's allegations? Why is Ghana, ground zero of their spiritual fatherhood chain? With claims by this Nana Kwaku man of having manufactured over 1700 prophets, how sure are we that the Ghanaian man who fathered the two prominent Zimbabwean prophets is not one of them? Lastly, why is this Ghanaian prophet not sorting out the daring fetish priest who is defiantly stealing the spiritual show in his own backyard?
