Hasaacas and Wise clash in play-off opener

On a day when Bechem United will be wrapping up their promotion to the Premier League, the play-off campaign begins for four other sides in Zone 2.

Gold Stars, Tarkwa Utd, Hasaacas and Eleven Wise will all get their premiership ambition started on Wednesday with their opening fixtures.

After their remarkable season, Hasaacas will face a tough test as they push for a return to the Premier League. Their first day battle at the Accra Sports Stadium will be against rivals, Eleven Wise.

Hasaacas finished top of the league table ahead of Wise but today's fixture will all be about securing the three points.

In the other fixture, Gold Stars will play Tarkwa Utd at the Tema Stadium.

But as the four get their campaign off, Bechem, already qualified for the Premier League wrap up the Zone 1 play-offs with an away game at the Essipong Stadium against Yassin.

Guan Utd and B.A. United will get meet in the other match.
