A one-day symposium on ways of controlling asthma is to hold on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at Bellus Court Event Centre, Town Planning Way, Ilupeju, Lagos.
The event expected to be attended by top government functionaries, key players in the business community, doctors, pharmacists, students, persons suffering from asthma and other health care professionals is put together by Stacey Ravvero, ENOF and ASMARCAP.
'This symposium is for the benefit of young sufferers of asthma in particular and the general public, with the aim of increasing the awareness of modern modes of controlling asthma' the founder of Elias Nelson Oyedokun Foundation, Mrs. Lola Ilaka said in a statement issued on Saturday.
'Professor James Renner of University of Lagos Teaching Hospital will chair the occasion while Lagos State Commissioner of Helth, Dr. Jide Idris will deliver the key note address' the statement added.
