NAIROBI (AFP) - Clashes erupted Saturday in Kenya between police and supporters of defeated presidential candidate Raila Odinga after the Supreme Court validated his rival's victory in March 4 polls, police said.

An AFP reporter said he saw two people with gunshot wounds in the western city of Kisumu, an Odinga bastion, after police were pelted with stones by angry youths. Police confirmed two people had been shot.
