The 11th edition of the popular Triathlon Show (formerly The TCR) is set to take place on March 1-3 2013 at Sandown Park, Esher.
It will be another feature-packed show with lots of training, racing, nutrition and kit advice. Visitors can take part in the 10k run around the historic grounds of Sandown Park and will be treated to a packed schedule of seminars, workshops and activities.
The leading multi-sport show will host over 140 exhibitors displaying and retailing the latest swim, cycle and run kit. It will feature a full schedule of seminars, from Q and A with leading Pro-triathletes, to core training, to nutrition.
Every year the Triathlon Show attracts top sporting names to the show. Previous visitors include Chrissie Wellington, the Brownlee brothers, Rebecca Romero and Hywell Davies. Show-goers have the chance to gain first-hand advice and insight into what it takes to reach the top of the game.
In 2013 the successful Zoggs SwimZone will return, where top coaches and athletes will provide demonstrations of swim technique and stroke efficiency. Other exhibitors will provide run and bike technique analysis, giving visitors the chance to gain vital advice to reach their personal goals. There will be the opportunity to gain VO2max and anaerobic testing. And as always there will be many prizes and special offers up for grabs.
There is also a Triathlon Club Village where local triathlon clubs can meet, socialise and showcase their offerings to potential new members.

Saturday, 2nd March: 09:30am - 5:00pm
