TOTAL Ghana limited has established an ultra modern one-stop service centre at its headquarters in Accra to handle all customer-related needs.
The TOTAL Customer Service Centre is expected to provide effective, quality and satisfactory service to the company's customers, taking over from the status quo where customers move from one location to the other to get their cars fixed.
The Oil Marketing Industry is dynamic and very competitive and therefore the need to provide a positive customer experience is of paramount importance, a statement issued by the company stated.
Guilluame Larroque, the Managing Director of Total Ghana Limited, said the facility is expected to meet the numerous complaints and request of customers.
Meanwhile, speaking to the media the Chief Executive Officer and Industry Coordinator for the Oil Marketing companies, Kwaku Agyemang-Duah has noted that it's about time OMCs give value for money.
