Global Access Savings and Loans (GASL) has organised a brief ceremony to honour its esteemed customers in the just-ended money transfer promotion in Accra.

The well-attended ceremony afforded about 70 customers the opportunity to fraternize with management and staff of GASL, which is fast becoming a leading money transfer and loans services provider.

Ama Amoah, Head of Marketing and Public Relations told CITY & BUSINESS GUIDE that the company wants to get its customers involved in the activities.

'It has been our policy to reach out to more customers as we continue to expand and we are going to pursue this policy for the benefit of all.'

She said currently GASL is the second most patronized money transfer services provider with products including Western Union, Vigo, Money gramm and Sika ye mogya.

'Currently we are operating in Accra, Kumasi and Tema with 14 branches but we are working to expand throughout the country at the end of the year.'

She said GASL wants to become a universal bank in five years and they were putting the necessary measures in place to get there.

She said GASL continues to provide 'excellent customer service' and that was positioning them as a preferred service provider in the country.

'We operate even on weekends and holidays. We have been dependable and we have also strengthened our internal security measures to ensure that people do not use our facilities for fraudulent activities.'

The marketing manager said they motivate their staff to get the best out of them.
