Accra, May 4, GNA - The management of Alisa Hotel on Friday donated items worth about GH¢ 8,000 to the Ridge Hospital in Accra as part of its corporate social responsibility.
The items included bed linens, blankets, pillows, mosquito spray, disinfectants, toiletries, washing power and some cleaning equipment.
Mr. Obeng Apori, Director of the Hospital, assisted by Diana Asante-Mensah, Head of Nursing, thanked the hotel for the donation.
Mr Tom Sheriff, General Manager of Alisa Hotel, appealed to the staff of the Hospital not to relent in giving their best every day as the lives of people depended on their services.
The Marketing and Corporate Image Manager, Nana Konadu Boateng, said Ridge Hospital was selected as a beneficiary because of the close links the hotel and the hospital shared.
