THE DIRTY AND SHAMELESS POLITICS IN THE CHARISMATIC CHURCHES, YOU HAVE NO IDEA

When it comes to the charismatic churches, you may be on the peripheral, and therefore seeing things from different perspective or at worst one may ignoramusly take a standing ovation stance for their outward display of holiness, being one another's keeper and their self-exalted bible-based ugly noises. Well, it cannot be gainsaid that we should heartedly give praise to whom it is dued. However, it becomes a hyperbolic hypocrisy when we pretend a blind eye to the glaring and conspicuous fact that, more often than not, not all is well in this pomp and pageantry, and seemingly flamboyant charismatic churches. As a matter of fact, it takes those who are within and had been in the mainstream to bear to this unimpeachable fact without a hoot of hesitation that there are a lot of rots, garbages,superficialities and decadence in some of these facially colourful but tawdry looking charismatic churches.

Obviously, it takes those who had been in the middle of the deep sea to become abundantly aware of what is going on between the whales and the little fishes. In the light of this, some of us who had been within and still in the mainstrem of these churches get agitated, spiritually harassed and highly pissed off when we hear some of the spiritual panjandrums, the supremos, the colossus, I mean their generaloverseers, get emotionally imbalance and analytically impotent, and use the their pulpit to attack political personalities instead of preaching the goodnews. What business do any of these preachers have in lambasting and castigating political personalities, whilst they themselves have a heap of lizards, skeletons, cockroaches and rats in thir hidden closet. What ethics and integrity has one got to stretch accusing finger whilst the rest point at him?, Worststill why dont you remove the timber on your eyes to see well before pointing to the speck on someone's eyes as their own goodbook enunciates? It smacks hypocrisy, a spectacle of ugly double-standardness and destitute of spirituality.

Its even a broad daylight fact from what we have been reading from the forest of reports in both the electronic and printed media.The questionable and unpalatable demeanor of some so called men of God who are having armorous and salacious relationships with their associates pastors wives, and facelessly cursing innocent little children to showcase their carnal anointing to the ignorant gleeful church followers. Who said all powers come from God? You know what? From the very cradle of my christian life I have had an unsurmountable task of calling any preacher a "man of God". Its too cumbersome and sacrosanctic, because God is the only determinant as to who deserves this widely misused,disused and abused spiritually phreaseology since it should be determined by one's secrecy and not public stentorian nicities and rhetorics, which could be a sham, veneer and a charade. Just call them pastors as they say they are since that which is highly esteemed amongst men can be an abomination unto God. After all which God came out and pinpointed any of these abodas and suites wearers as his man? The voice of God from heaven confirmed and affirmed" This is my beloved son" who has confirmed these? Not even their work approves them when you are closer to them. Saying different things in public to get their adulation and admiration, but private is far at variance with their public impressionable erudites and rhetorics.

Has any critical observer taken a drastic look about the in-fightings and the splittings in the so called best preaching and word based chrismatic churches from the 90's till date? Well, like I said from the outset, it doesnt take the spectators but the participators in the deep sea to come into cognisance how some of these generaloverseers are overbearing bullies, authoritatively intimidating, subjugating, and maltreating their own fellow preachers, and with mischievously twisted biblical quotations to satisfy their egoistic-trip as well as to satisfy their whims and caprices. Last year I was compelled and impelled to react to a shortsighted article, probabaly from someone on the peripheral and a little ephemeral minded, who made an assertion that the splittling of churches is primarily due to monetary misunderstanding amongst the church leaders.

I made it apparently clear in my article that it could be a remote reason but not a primary enforcer. Any pastor who had been and still part of this seemly glamour and glitz charismatic churches would neither stagger nor blink to acquiesce with me that the monsterous hydra-headed problem is the hyperbolic arrogance and shameless autocratic behaviour of some of the generaloverseers and their other appendages in the leadership positions. Its no secrets that some of them have a tacit inglorious attitude and a shocking posture of authoritarianism that the church is their personal property, and therefore either you kowtow to their untenable foolishness and become a "robot yesman" without a whimper of divergent view or you quietly bow out else you may be cursed and never succeed in your future ministry. Some of them tacitly claim to have monopolistic powers of cursing that no one can reverse it. So you see how Adolf Hitlers, Nabucchadnezers and Gaddafi,s Iddi Amins, clowns are masquerading as men of God in God's house? May God have mercy on the unsuspecting and ignorant congregation members.

Its really a despicable scenario and a reprehensible spectacle how some of these leaders have welded and built infallibility stinking personality and I-know it-all autocratic and disgusting attitude around themselves, so they dont respect any opposing or divergent views. And its incredulously shocking that they have been able to create an unhealthy net work of spies by using some of the stomach directionally hypocrite pastors as their zombies and remote-control secret spies.Those who have sold their conscience for a mess of pottage,lickspittles, sycophants, minions, the bootlickers, asslickers and shameless worshippers, praise singers of the charismatic tin-gods and demigods for unwholesome and unchristian favouritisms.

And invariably, these spies not that they have the ability, the anointing or even academically astute.They are rather the horrendously opposite, very dehydrated spiritually, academically and intellectually minnows and minions, but due to their faceless idiotic task as the hovering boneheads and nitwits reporters against their fellow unsuspecting pastors to these chrismatic tin gods at their unholies of unholies offices, they are sent to the stations of milk and honey. And if they go to this milk and honey land and they fail, deflate flately, wallows in immorality and financial misappropriation the generaloverseers keep a shocking tight lip, being one of his robots and praise singers.

But conversely, if you are not one of leader's singers and you miss it, the whole world will hear about it, paint you badly and this tin-god and his rats chorus singers may have the heavenly unpuritanic mandate to doubt your call. The stinking stench that have been going on in some of the charismatic churches and super duper dirty politics can never be juxtaposed with that of political parties. Its therefore sickening and repugnant to see some of these so called church leaders criticising some of the politicians. Who said pastors are only Jonny walkers for God's work and they are not money seeking and self seeking?.what have we been witnessing in the media where a whole spiritual leader hoodwinked an unsuspecting fellow for his pound stelling..

As a matter of fact,I am a champion and a trenchant supporter of pastors well -being and without any equivocation that pastors being the opinion leaders and frontliners are to dress well and have most of the best of things but not at the others expense, selfishness, egocentricsm, divide and rule and character assassinators that are not so much even seen among the congregation members but are sadly and excruciatingly so much with so called pastors amd mostly encouraged by some of the general overseers and other leaders. In some of the charismatic churches, even a less observant pastor within, would realise that some of the charismatic church organizations post pastors to either a metropolis or megapolise or to outside Ghana to some of the western world like America or Britain, which I call them milk and honey land pastors, and the third category to the villages, which I call it to the land of squalors, squatters and lanquishing poverty.

To all intents and purposes, few of the pastors that are posted to these milk and honey lands are acceptably meritorious due to their unquestionable good work at some less advantage places. But more often than not, its an excruciating eyesore, untenable picture, image of inserenity and a sordid spectacle to reveal that most of those to the milk and honey lands pastors are the yesmen, conformist, robots and zombies pastors who take slavely and egregious delight in worshipping and singing the praise of the general overseer if even what he is doing is biblically and intellectually unacceptable, bowing to the power that be and spying to report other unsuspecting pastors who have divergent and opposing views about some deliberations.. Hence rewarding them with promotion to the land of milk and honey. Painfully and heart-stabbing to say, if you are the one who exhibit an independent and substantive mind, you are branded and taged as complainer by the empty minded robot worshippers, hence you are thrown to a village dungeon to languish in utter darkness as a squalor and pauper and struggle with trotro passengers all day.. Some of the generaloverseers have had the timerity and the impudence to consciously or unconsciouly polarised their pastors with their apartheid administration where one group of the pastors are village deserving poverty waillers and other group are milk and honey, posh car riders, wealth deserving lands.

To these milk and honey pastors their Jesus only died for the those in London, America and other metropolis or megapolis wealth accessible lands and ,therefore, by virtue of the fact that they are the appendages of the organizational demi gods, they resent and disdain any ordinary land except that of their chioce and that is milk and money lands. To their myopic and parochial minds, if a village deserver makes the same demand he is blackmailed and blacklisted as a complainer and then these robots and rats praise singers who call themselves men of God, quickly mastermind and concoct an unsavoury picture to justify and give credence to the satanic and witchcraft manovours against their fellow pastor to be decimated or left incommunicado in a deep village. This is going on in the house of God where there had once been an ugly noises of raising the image of black man mantra. But those were lies and self seekers. And even raising the image of a blackman sounds racist and runs counter to the the fundamentals of the bible since Jesus said WHOSOEVER, and not only black, blue or green.

Studying the bible closely one realises the true men of God, I mean those Iam content to call them "men of God," entered into politics as leaders, administrators like Joseph and Daniel etc, and even some criticising the evils of some kings, like Jeremiah Iasiah etc but they were genuine and highly unblemished and squeekly faultless and not doublestandard, favouritism, encouraging bad-blood in the so called house of God etc.And they also used their wisdom to direct and help anyone at their disposal. The goodbook says wisdom is manifested by his children. When king Solomon was faced with the decision of a dead baby and living baby, he proved the quality of the God-given wisdom and never used emotional and psychological black mailing to remedy the situation. A physician must first heal himself, and if you have the wisdom prove it. this is not just by opening a university college and giving scholarships. Its not a big deal, all over the world unbelievers are doing the same and even outstanding.

On the other side of the coin, if a generaloverseer's appendage, conformist and a worshipper is disppointedly not sent the his anticipated or prefered milk and honey land he is craving for, what happens then? More often than not, there is a cold fight and a split with some church members who are his closest faithfuls and esoterics and wanting to prove somthing to that general overseer, that is the former Lord, he starts a church at a flourishing megapolise or trav abroad to start a church with his family, just to prove a point to his former demi god and panjandrum that he can visit the milk and honey land himself. A closer look and critical observation reveals from the 1990's up till now that, there were quite a number of praise singing pastors who had broken out from most of the renowned and supposedly colourful charismatic churches and started a church in either Britain or USA just to prove a point to their former overbearing generaloverseers that they are capable to transverse to the land of milk and honey on their own.

Do you know what? what the congregation members are oblivious of, is that most of these charismatic pastors are just self-seekers, wealth seekers, egocentrics who are panting and yearning after their own flamboyancy and carnal big names like the builders of the tower of Babel in the 11th chapter of Genesis. Some of them their Jesus died for only those in that get rich easily lands. Its good that congregation members dont know a lot of horribly terrible things, like churches will be empty. An insider told me that in 1995 or mid 90's a very sordid picture and infamy spectacle unraveled in one of the supposedly charismatic best church in Accra. Two bigwigs pastors, who to all intents and purposes, one could described them as the left and right henchmen of the general overseer broke away as a result of power struggle and with its ugly accompanying questions as to who came first and who began the church. Infact, these two topshots with the generaloverseer were in their hyacinth days were adored as spiritual triumvirate and others went to the mindless height of blaspheming by liking them to the trinity. One of the seceded pastors, outwardly touted as great biblical teacher hijacked one of the big churches in Ashanti region with about four pastors. According to the insiders and whistle blowers this was a devastating blow and a pinch of salt in the sore of the generaloverseer.

Therefore, during the ensuing pastors' conference, this generaloverseer, much admired by his bootlickers and worshippers as Solomon reincarnate, but allowed his emotions to cloud his wisdom, if even he has any, and showcased a belittling and emotional insecured attitude to the utter surprise of those independent minded pastors around. It was said that he threw cautioned and leadership maturity to the wind and at the meeting he painted a picture that the Ashanti region church hijacker was immorally stinking and he generaloverseer was the only one in the know. How could a spiritual leader stoop too low? But the legitimate and simplistic question that even an ignorant would ask this simpleton who calls himself a spiritual leader is, so all these times he knew that the church hijacker was committing the abominable and objectionable but he looked on with glee and tacitly encouraging it because he was one of his praise singers, topguns and closest. So you see, people who dont have a shame and throwing themselves about as so called men of God but full of stinking stench in satanic proportion? And these are those who talk big behind the pulpit and have the shameless temerity to judge their fellow pastors. You see, a desecration and unpuritanic deeds in the high places in God's house. And if that senseless deed was done by a junior pastor, that generaloverseer and his robots could have moved hell to send the person's name to BBC news. God have mercy

It is therefore regrettable and lamentable how these so called church leaders, gloss over their dirty deeds under the carpet in their churches and attack political personlities. What a disingenuous and double-standardness in satanic height! It is no secret how some of these generaloverseers attend their pastors' conferences and instead of discussing something fruitfully pertaining to their ministry, they rather discuss party politics. Most of them are highly intolerant of divergent and opposing views and very arrogant to some of their pastors they are working with, yet thy have arrogated to themselves the unwaranted temerity to correct politicians. Its time the media has to expand and extend their searchlight in churches, because you have no idea the rot, stinking stench, decadence, the caricatures, scorpions, tawdry gimmicks and the rotten dead bodies that are under the abodas and three piece suites of the so called men of God.

And what makes it extremely difficult for anyone to divulge all these horrendous and horrifying misdeeds going on in some of these charismatic churches is how the bigwigs, moguls and the spiritual supremos have shamelessly succeeded in twisting the scriptures to intimidate, suppress and subjugat the outspoken ones. According to the insiders,some of these generaloverseers behave as if they are suffering from ethical destitution that they have the nerve and the guts to insult some of their pastors who do not agree with them in their office and when they come to the public they have no conscience that they throw dust into the eyes of public by preaching about integrity and raising the image of the blackman. Give us a break! Its a sham, a hoax, a charade and a deception.

Some of the charismatic churches could aptly be described in the same manner as how the Spirit of God described some of the glamour and pageantry churches in the Asian Minor in the book of Revelation centuries ago.Particularly, in Revelation 3:1 the church in Sardis, which was outwardly flamboyant and aristocratic, and therefore everybody adulated and hallowed it as the best church, but inwardly imbued and overflowing with carnalities, leadership atrocities and all sorts of snakes, cockroaches, scorpions etc in their cupboard, was described by the spirit of God as having a name alive but its a dead church. And today, it cannot be overemphasized and its even an understatement to say that some charismatic churches are exact replica of the church in Sardis. You have no idea about what is going on among the pastors in churches. May God have mercy.
