Alhamdulillah, the central regional Jamat took the initiative to celebrate their Eid by visiting the hospitals with fruits and provisions for the patients. They started from the Saltpond hospital, followed by the Saint Francis hospital at Assin Foso. This was very much appreciated by the hospitals' administrators. At this occasion the hospital administrators said they are very much aware of the Ahmadiyya Mission's tremendous work towards the welfare of Ghanaians through the provision of schools and hospitals in the county. They added that they look forward to work with Ahmadiyya Mission.
The Regional Missionary, Maulvi Muhammad Dawood Khalid in his reply, said that the motto of Ahmadiyya Mission is “Love for all, Hatred for none” this is why we do not celebrate our happiness with our loved ones alone but with others as practiced and commanded by the Holy Prophet of Islam (saw). He also assured that the Ahmadiyya Mission will always be among the first ones regarding the welfare of Ghana.
Finally, after the distribution of the food among the patients, the Regional Missionary led the patients in silent prayer.
