… DETAILED REPORT ON AFFECTED MINISTERS President Kufuor last Thursday showed that he is in charge of his Government with the most extensive Cabinet reshuffle. What many do not know, however, is the stratagem he employed to roll around stalwarts like Nana Akufo Addo, Dr. Konadu Apraku, Jake Obetsebi- Lamptey, Hackman Owusu Agyeman, Felix Owusu Agyepong and Albert Kan Dapaah, all men of stature in the Government. So shocking was the development that the day which was scheduled for a Cabinet meeting could not come on. It reveals that many of the Ministers who were being reshuffled were beside themselves with sorrow such that by 3.00p.m. they could not come to terms with what President Kufuor had done to them.
