The government has directed the Attorney-General’s Office to study the ruling of the High Court which absolved 15 people of conspiring to murder the Ya-Na and take immediate steps to ensure that justice is done to all persons affected by the ruling.

A statement signed by the Minister of Information, Mr John Tia Akologu, issued in Accra said the government had taken notice of the ruling of the High Court on the Ya-Na case and the subsequent reaction by a section of the general public.
