Accra, March 3, GNA - President John Evans Atta Mills has by Executive Instrument declared Monday, March 7, as an additional public holiday.

This is because Independence Day, March 6, which is a statutory public holiday, falls on Sunday, according to a statement signed by Dr Benjamin Kunbuor, Minister of the Interior.
