Often we create conflicts within ourselves because we do not know whether we are driven more by creator energy or curator energy. When we cause confusion in our understanding, necessarily we create confusion in our life as well. Have we understood the meaning of the above two terms? Once we understand the meaning, essentially we learn to position us carefully for success. Our energy operating domain needs to be understood to balance our aspiration and success.

The term 'creator' refers to creator of a new knowledge system. Only certain people will have the creator energy. With the available knowledge, they can bring newer interpretation, newer meaning and definition, discovery or an invention possibility. Uncommon wisdom they can generate out of a common knowledge system. On the contrary, the 'curator' group is the one who guard and disseminate the knowledge system to others. They engage in the knowledge management system.

The present day generation needs to introspect and place themselves accordingly. A person with curator energy tries to occupy the domain of a creator, he often cause conflicts within and outside his sphere. Similarly, persons with creator energy occupy the curator's role does create noise, fret and fury.

Whether our evaluation systems is strong enough to recruit right people for right job or not is a different matter, but every one needs to know their basic value system and aspirations.

Developing oneself in the area of his strength will be wise than trying to operate in diverse areas. Often we catch up with the syndrome of a good carpenter can be a good sculptor too. When we look at the labor of both from the domain of ignorance, look identical except the difference in the raw material used by them. Different skills and understanding is required to work on stone versus wood.

Who should educate these values to our children? Can we continue teaching the history of science to a greater extent than its application? Every one should occupy their defined niche to become best performers. We should not let our confidence to defy at the performance of others but need to harp on our performance potential.
