
The Insurance Industry in Ghana is witnessing increased activity in terms of new entrants and innovations. This is attributed to the improving inv estment climate in the country and strides in democratic governance. The latest insurance company which sees Ghana as a potential for business is the New Inter Africa Insurance Company NSIA.
The Company which operates in about eleven African countries hopes to commence operations in January next year.
At a media encounter in Accra to announce their intention to enter the Ghanaian market the Managing Director of the Company Bene Lawson said the group hopes to bring its rich experience to propel the insurance industry in Ghana.
