Wa Polytechnic inaugurates HIV/AIDS club
November 12, 2009
A six-member-executive of the club was also sworn into office.
This, he said, was informed by the fact that the Polytechnic has no hostel facility which makes students living at various residential locations in Wa township more vulnerable to the disease.
Alhaji Zaid Tamimu, Upper West Regional Focal Person of HIV/AIDS appealed to the students to go for voluntary testing to know their status.
