The world is an interesting place to live in. It is even more interesting when you have unadulterated criminals parading as saints and calling others crooks. Isn't it laughable to see an over-used and highly tainted pot calling a fairly used kettle black? Holala!

When I first heard the infamous 'I hate to see JAK's face' tape by the Head of Communication (HOC) at the Presidency, , I laughed and told myself that was pride and ego being displayed. I pitied Koku because he was treading on a landmine called 'pride and ego'. How I wish someone had told him that pride is a deceiver, and ego a destroyer!

Indeed, his pride has deluded him into believing that he has become so important a person in Asomdwekrom that he could dare to declare publicly those he liked or disliked. For obvious reasons, we all know Koku is not a fan of Don Barima JAK, so one would conveniently have avoided responding to his infantile outburst.

But the reason that the immediate former 'omanpanin' had 'destroyed' this country made it imperative that those of us who cherished good governance set the records straight- apologies to Fiifi Kwettey, the king of setting records straight.

I wouldn't waste my breath (or is it my ink?) on JAK's achievements because his footprints are there for all to see; and Koku's eyes are staring at them but he is in denial.

Indeed, if Koku's only reason for despising JAK is what he claimed it is, then it is very obvious that he has misdirected his target. How could JAK be his target when the infamous Dr. Gyato Boom is around? Frankly, some of us would have liked to let sleeping dogs lie but since Koku and his kind want them to wake up and bark like crazy; so be it!

This great nation once had a leader who could at best be described as a barbarian. He got his kicks by burning and splitting open the tip of innocent person's 'langa-langa' and filming the gory scene.

He also masterminded the abduction of innocent high court judges, one of whom was a lactating mother, from their homes and brutishly murdered them; sold national assets to his wife at knockdown prices; and used stolen cowries to educate his children in Obroniland claiming it was at the generosity of Mr. Medindihwee (Nobody). Is it therefore not ironic that Koku reveres such a brutish leader and abhors the Gentle Giant?

What about Koku's boss, Agya Ofuntuo? Has he not done more harm to Asomdwekrom in 10 moons of his rule than JAK did in 96 moons?

Well, if Koku pretends to be unaware and really wants to know the situation on the ground, then he should ask the man on the street. Or he may as well listen to the lyrics of Barima Sydney's 'Enko Yie,' to wit 'things are not right' and he would realise that accusing JAK of destroying this great nation was mischievous and highly misplaced.

By the by, are you surprised Koku shouted his voice hoarse that he did not like seeing JAK's face? If you are, then I beg you to have a change of mind because Koku was just exhibiting the traits of the Zu-za party. Have you forgotten it was this same 'I don't want to see his face' syndrome that led to the demise of Kwaku Sakyi Addo's 'Kwaku One-On-One' on GTV during Dr. Boom's era?

Certainly, Koku and his kind are entitled to like whoever they want, even if the person is a coup-maker. They are also entitled to hate whoever they wish, even if the person is a patriot. But that does not give them the right to throw dust into the eyes of the Asomdwekromanian.

If they have forgotten, I wish to refresh their memories on the fact that “like a cork, truth can never be suppressed.”

So whether they like Don Barima or not, they cannot change the fact that his 8-year rule was golden. More so now that Asomdwekromanians are reeling under 'ecominic' hardships due to the incompetence of their political masters. Oh JAK, Asomdwekromanians do miss you!

Abusuapanin, a bird just whispered into my ears that JAK was recently awarded an honorary doctorate degree (PhD), (not the pull him down type oo), in Political Science by Inje University in Seoul, South Korea, for his exemplary leadership and for his contribution to peace in Sierra Leone, Liberia and Kenya. I also heard he is the first Abibimanian and the first person from the Southern Hemisphere to be the chairman of the Board of Governors of Interpeace, a Swiss-based organisation which works towards peace and conflict resolution in areas of civil strife.

I would therefore use this opportunity to congratulate him for the achievement. Dr. Don Barima JAK, you have indeed brought honour to Asomdwekrom and Abibiman at large. You have proven to all that you are a real man because we can hear your footsteps from afar.

So do not be bothered because Koku and his cohorts do not want to see your face. Chiaa! They can go and burn the sea if they will! But as for some of us, we like seeing your face, especially the 'sexy' eyes.

By the way, who told Koku that some of us like seeing his puffy face and listening to the garbage from his stinky mouth? He would be deluding himself if he thinks he is the darling politician of Asomdwekromanians.

Frankly speaking, some of us feel like throwing up anytime we see Koku's face; but we do not gild the lily, do we? We do not go round barking because we are true democrats who believe in the saying 'live and let's live'.

He should remember that just as he is not happy to see some faces, so are others also not happy to see his puffy face and 'Papa Ajasco'-like tummy. He should either put up or shut up!

Well written, Agya Kwaku! Your humour, by the way, is very classic and exhilarating. How can we allow sleeping dogs to lie in the wake of the wanton disparages from this pack of misfits. Keep on writing! We love to read from you again very soon!

I JUST LIKE THE WAY YOU PUT THINGS IN ITS PROPER PERSPECTIVES. PLEASE ALLOW ME TO SAY THIS; SOME PEOPLE A JUST NOISE MAKERS, IN A GROUP OF NOISE MAKERS, AND I ALSO BELIEVE TIME IS JUST RUNNING OUT FOR THE NOISE MAKERS, THE COMMON-MAN ON THE STREET IS NOW PLANNING EVIL, YOU MAY ASK WHY? YOU'RE RIGHT IN ASKING, " HUNGRY MAN IS AN ANGRY MAN" AND THROUGH THAT EVIL THOUGHTS ARE BREWED IN DARKNESS TO DO ANYTHING TO SURVIVE, INCLUDING STEALING, KILLING, AND THE SUCH. SO PLEASE MR: PRESIDENT DO SOMETHING BEFORE SOMETHING SERIOUS TAKE PLACE.
