
Cape Coast, Aug. 7, GNA – The Prudential Bank Limited (PBL), on Friday opened a new branch in Cape Coast to serve the needs of its customers.
The Cape Coast branch brings to 19, the number of branches throughout the country, all of which are networked.
The branches are in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tema, with Cape Coast as the newest branch to provide retail and consumer banking for customers and non-customers.
Inaugurating and dedicating the bank, Mrs Mary Brown, Deputy Managing Director in charge of Operations, called on staff to be fair to customers and non-customers alike.
She noted that customers contributed to the survival of the bank and urged the staff especially those at the front desk to give customers the necessary respect no matter their transactions.
She said the branch had been equipped with experienced and qualified staff to offer the best of services to customers.
Mrs Brown mentioned some of the bank's services and products as Prudential Business Savings Account, Welfare Savings Account, Call deposit Account, Fixed/Time Deposit Account, SMS banking, Money Transfer, ENIDASO Susu Scheme.
