ITALIAN PM spoke for the first time about the sex scandal he is embroiled in yesterday and admitted: "I am no saint."
His confession came as a tape allegedly linking him to high-class call girl Patrizia D'Addario, 42, leaked on to the web.
A go-between is heard telling the prostitute that she will get a gift if she lets the PM sleep with her WITHOUT a condom.
D'Addario replies: "No chance." But the aide reassures her: "Come on - it's Berlusconi."
Asked about the claims, 72-year-old Berlusconi said yesterday: "There are a lot of pretty girls about. I'm no saint, but you know that."
His aides call the tapes an "invention" - and he denies paying £900 to have sex with D'Addario.
The PM has faced sleaze claims for three months. His wife Veronica, 52, is divorcing him over his friendship with an 18-year-old model.
