Operators of the notorious Soldier Bar brothel noted for underage prostitution are pulling down the structure ahead of a 3-day ultimatum which ends tomorrow.
The Accra Metropolitan Assembly (AMA) recently demolished several structures at the lorry park, including boutiques, chop bars, drinking spots and part of the brothel.
The 3-day ultimatum was allowed the operators to pack out all their belongings in the structures.
But owners of the land adjacent Soldier Bar on which most of the structures were demolished are threatening a legal action against the authorities.
They accuse the AMAs of being selective.
Eric Acheampong, a son of one of the landlords told Joy News' reporter Prince Fortune Effanga he is heading for court.
AMA boss Alfred Vanderpuije has already hinted the decongestion effort will be sustained to rid the city of unauthorised structures.
