The management of Ghana Commercial Bank (GCB) Ltd.
on Thursday assured customers and the general public that the majority of its branches were working despite challenges involving its system.
A statement issued by the Public Relations Department of the Bank said as a result of some systems–related challenges facing the Bank, a few of its branches were unable to perform at their optimum.
“Much as we regret this situation, we assure customers and the general public that the majority of our 149 branches all over the country are working and they can be accessed for service because of our fully networked status,” it said.
GCB said it was working assiduously to address the problem in the shortest possible time.
