The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) of the Bole Senior High School in the Northern Region has presented 80 dual student beds to the school valued at 9,600 Ghana cedis.
Presenting the beds to the school authorities, Chief Sala Wura Alex A. Iddi, Chairman of the PTA said the Association has observed that some of the school dormitories lacked the facility, among other things.
He said at one of the PTA meetings it was noted that the school was in dire need of beds and therefore the school authorities made an appeal hence the donation.
Receiving the beds, Mr Daniel Kpebu, Headmaster of the school expressed appreciation to the PTA adding that, the donation had come at the right time to help ease the problem facing the students.
Mr. Kpebu said that, the beds will be made to serve the purpose it has been donated for.
