Who owns the Accra Mall?

My search online found the following: "The developers of the Accra mall are the Johannesburg based Actis, the management arm of CDC Capital Partners, a leading private equity investor in emerging markets. Actis has been involved in a number of developments in other African countries including the Lagos Palms. The development in Ghana has been undertaken with the assistance of a Ghanaian partner. The development company for the Accra project is Intercity Hotels."I sincerely hope that the Ghanaian partner's anonymity is because of their desire to be low key and not because the source of their input is questionable. Whoever it is, the truth will surface soon and I wish them all the best, if they are clean.

Kojo l think you may have heard him being interviewed on Joy Fm Super Morning show. He is not low profile at all. He gave the Youth a lot of advise and indicated that he started thinking about the project some 10 years. The name is Mr Owusu Akyaw if my memory serves me right.
