In what could be said to be a twist of events, four of six people earlier reported to have died when a 207 Benz bus veered off the road at Bundase, on the Accra-Aflao road on Monday, have been resuscitated.
According to reports the victims, presumed dead, were carried by the police from the accident ground to the Bator Hospital for autopsy.
However, further checks by the hospital authorities revealed the victims were rather in a state of coma, hence the resuscitation.
The injured are said to be responding to treatment.
Speaking to Joy News, Mr. Moses Asem, the District Chief Executive of the North Tongue who was on the scene of the accident said the supposedly dead victims lied on the ground motionless and were mistaken to be dead.
