Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has lauded women Chief Executive Officers driving innovation and reshaping the fabric of businesses in Ghana and beyond.

According to him, it is important that Ghana harnesses the collective power and ingenuity of female leaders to propel our nation forward.

“Women CEOs are not only driving innovation but also reshaping the very fabric of business in Ghana and beyond. As we stand at the precipice of a digital renaissance, it is imperative that we harness the collective power and ingenuity of female leaders to propel our nation forward,” Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia said.

The Vice President was speaking at the Ghana Female CEO Summit held in Accra on Wednesday, April 17.

In his address, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia said it is imperative that the country recognizes the indispensable role of women in driving innovation, entrepreneurship, and economic growth in this transformative technological era.

The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party argued that by embracing technology and fostering a culture of inclusivity, Ghana can unlock untapped potential and create opportunities for women to thrive in the digital economy.

“The digital age offers boundless opportunities for those bold enough to seize them. Let us harness the power of technology to drive sustainable growth, empower communities, and build a brighter future for all,” Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia stressed.
