Dear Your Excellency:
May this communique reach you in the upright spirit of patriotism as Standard Bearer of the formidable Unity Party.

Your Excellency, please accept my warmth revolutionary greetings in the behalf of the Unity Party District 9 Montserrado County Leadership, pursuant to Article XII Section 2(iv & vi) of the 2022 Amended Version of the Unity Party Constitution and herein grant our matrix request an approval for timely stratification as evident to this subject communication.

Your Excellency, while in one breath I want to appreciate you for all of your recent nominations as contained in Article 8 of the 1986 Constitution which propounded the principles of non-discrimination in employment opportunities. I would also like to unequivocally submit in another breath, discernment which is growing amongst we the diehard partisans of the Unity Party as enshrined in Article VII Section 3 of the 2022 Amended Version of the Unity Party Constitution. This discernment comes in the wake of the recent outburst and reputational damage against our National Chairman, Reverend J. Luther Tarpeh by folks of socalled UP Alliance, who by virtue of merit shouldn't have had any imperial influence regarding the stratification process of the re-emergence of the Unity Party based on their abandonment of your ambition as early as 2018. These outbursts are the relativistic equations used to smeared the re-emergence of the Unity Party under the stewardship of an indomittably pious statesman.

Your Excellency, it's due to these mismanaged propagandas that the only personality on the committee on appointment from the ruling party constituted absconded in trepidation of the many conspiracies engineered by some desperados to get him of the position previously agreed upon amongst the party central committee. Based on the many drama following your appointment rigmarole, we as diehard partisans who were in the trenches and at the barricades have been forgotten as early to positions that qualified us the role we served in the party in making you president. For the record, we as Partisans and Officials of the 73 official Districts are been left to fight our own fight while our Counties officials we alarmed for corruption are been considered thereby strangulating us. I would wish to also question the moral fabric of fighting corruption and permitting the impunity culture to fester in your government as you appoint officials who were caught in the web corruption and pardon for reasons best known.

Your Excellency, it will appear foolhardy, were we not to exposed the holistic contradictions which has piloted many of those forming the UP Alliance and undue consideration in appointment as compared to we diehard partisans and due paying members. How do you expect the partisans to pay due when almost all the lucrative positions are been distributed on the basis of sheer conspiracy against the proactive younger folks whose lives were risked just to see you achieve this glorious RESCUE MISSION. You have to remember that we the UP partisans are your fortressed pillar and whether in good or bad times, we will always be posted at the barricade as we did in past six years, unlike those opportunists who gatecrashed this historic re-emergence of our party.

Your Excellency, evident to the fundamental burden accorded us through our party historic reemergence, we are obligated to inform you as our party's direct representative on the committee on appointment constituted few weeks back by you with no information of who would replace the National Chairman on his escapade fearing his life and damage of his high earned reputation.

Your Excellency, for ease of reference, I respectfully submit to your office Article VII (Section 3) of the party's constitution. Against this background, we have embedded this communique with the driving force that guided the votes of our District and subsequently won our district. What appears surprising is the fact that as privileged as District 9 has been hosting the RESCUE MISSION and winning in our backyard, we are yet to see any higher up appointment from our beloved District.

Importantly the nomination of the above zealot partisans will aid the party greatly as we prepared for the 2029 elections in your presumptuous absence as Standard Bearer to sustain the party and provide means of employment for the large portion of the youths with special emphasis on female representation.
