Veteran actor,George Williams has revealed that the current state of our Showbiz industry extremely Saddens him.

The veteran actor,who is popularly known as uncle George was answering a question pertaining to how he espies the current state of our showbiz industry as compared to that of Nigeria and South Africa:

"Oh yes,i think our showbiz industry is on a decline and i feel so very very sad about it because some 40-50-60 years ago we had expects...we had a team of professionals who have gone through the mill so to speak... but now every body gets up and does what ever comes to them ... am afraid that's not how it should be done."uncle George noted.

Explaining further ,Uncle George said he has travelled around some part of the world and it's a great pity to see that Nigeria and South Africa are ahead of us.

He spoke with C.O.Sly who presented the hot and classic showbiz review show on Hot 93.9Fm in the absence of regular host Dr.Who:

"Yes,I have travelled to London,America , Liberia,Sierra Leone,Nigeria etc so i have a fair idea of what pertains in those countries and its a great pity to see our industry rather going downhill instead of uphill...seriously it's a big shame.

The 87year old veteran actor has featured in movies such as Genesis Chapter X,Ultimate Paradise, Bloody Kids,Dogo Yaro ,Mama and many TV series.
